RENTAL TERMS
DRIVER'S LICENSE POLICY
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license.
If you are not a holder of a valid St Kitts & Nevis driver’s license. Please note each driver must purchase a Saint Kitts Visitor Driving Permit, With the exceptions of Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands (Tortola), Dominica Grenada, Montserrat, St Lucia & St Vincent & the Grenadines. This permit is available through the portal https://police.kn/ELicense/ for a fee of USD 25.00 per person and is valid for Three (3) months or USD 45.00 per person valid for One (1) Year.

AUTHORIZED OPERATORS
The vehicle to be driven only by the authorized drivers named in this agreement. An authorized is the hirer, unless otherwise stated. We offer the option of one (1) additional driver at no further charge. However, additional drivers after the first two (2) drivers are possible.

PICKUP & DROP OFF SERVICE
Ry-luxe offers various drop-off and pick-up locations, including airports and ferry terminals.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you make a reservation specifying a pick-up location and you do not arrive at the specified pick-up location for the rental within two hours of the specified pick-up time without giving notice, the reservation will expire. However, if you are arriving by airplane and have provided us with flight details (including airline and flight number), the reservation will be held until two hours after the flight has landed and cleared.
REFUELLING CHARGES
Renter will pay for or replace fuel by either purchasing our fuel Plan in the tank at the beginning of the rental or returning the vehicle with as much fuel as when received (no refunds apply for unused fuel or for fuel in excess of that initially provided). If the renter does not buy fuel in the tank at the beginning of the rental and returns the vehicle with less than when received, a refueling charge applies. The refueling charge is determined by multiplying the numbers of gallon needed to refill the tank (to the same level as when received) by the dollar-per-gallon rate
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Changes to a reservation must be made at ryluxerental.com using the "View/Modify" option, Email or Phone. Any changes to the reservation may impact the rental charges. If a prepaid reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking, we will credit you a full refund within approximately seven business days. If a prepaid reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the pickup time, a $50usd cancellation fee will be assessed. If the prepaid reservation is cancelled within 24 hours before the pickup time, a $100usd fee will be assessed. If the customer does not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited. If you return the vehicle before the original return date, you will not be refunded any portion of the payment.
